We work with developers and landowners who require advice on the development potential of sites, and we can pursue planning permission or the allocation of sites on their behalf. These clients are most likely to be housebuilders, housing associations, commercial developers and landowners. In doing so, we often work alongside other property professionals, such as architects and chartered surveyors, to form a project team.

Some of our clients are planners themselves, who are employed by developers and require additional capacity or specialist advice.

We also work directly for end users, who might not normally encounter the planning system but need assistance to secure new or improved premises. For example, this might be additional industrial or commercial floorspace, specialist retirement accommodation or enhanced community facilities.
